Senior Treasury Analyst

The Senior Treasury Analyst is supports the Head of Treasury to manage global treasury operations for the business in the applicable country scope. 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure day to day operations of
  • funding of the legal entities,
  • cash management,
  • investment of surplus cash
  • FX hedging
  • exception management
• Review and approve off-cycle / urgent disbursements.
• Partner with bank and service providers to support business needs.
• Collaborate with accounting, tax, legal and other teams on both strategic and operational projects.
• Ensure sufficient and efficient funding of the group through various financing instruments.
• Implement and seek continuous improvements global of global operations across:
  • Ensure sufficient funding and optimal cash use for legal entities
  • Cash management set-up
  • Cash flow strategies, including cash optimization strategies
• Monitor and implement actions to ensure group wide compliance with regulations and internal policies, fraud review and four eyes principle.
• Management of the Outsourcing Set-Up with Accenture and Kyriba.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
• 3 - 5 years of prior experience in financial and treasury experience.
• Knowledge of Treasury operations (funding, cash management, investment of surplus cash, intercompany financing), structured finance, FX and hedging operations structures.
• Strong focus on and record of compliance.
• Successful experience working across multiple cultures.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and development.
• Comfortable working in environments with significant ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple and diverse functions, organizations, levels and lead by influencing.
