Process Management and BCM Team Lead
Main responsibility is to lead and drive adherence to process documentation methodology and framework in GBS.
Ensure and enact standards for business process management methodologies and tools for GBS organization and collaborate with other divisional functions. Guide and support GBS organization to establish business process management standards globally by partnering with respective global process owners, process experts and key-users. Lead and drive the sub-teams ensuring activities and deliverables are met.
Design and Strategy
> Guide and support functions that are served by GBS to oversee and host a holistic process management in accordance with standardized approaches in Bayer’s tool landscape
> Safeguard implementation of process management and support adherence to process documentation methodology:
- Regular review and update documentation framework, standards, guidelines
- Consult and advise main stakeholders (i.e: GPOs, CoEs, project teams)
- Key contributor to conduct trainings on documentation framework and methodology
- Coordinate, align and realize business requirements with IT technical support team
> Collaborate with other governance functions to continuously improve tools landscape and identify user-friendly solutions
> Guide and support in projects as subject matter expert (i.e contribution on design phase to align on standards, naming conventions, consult in process modelling)
> Monitor KPIs and workload allocations of the business process documentation team.
> First escalation point for any major issues in the documentation process. To align with QPM Senior Team Lead any major issues in documentation process.
> Engages in and/or leads global process initiatives (myDoc upgrades, myBPM, process improvement, report generation and monitoring, etc)
> Lead and contribute to process innovation and/or improvements
> Drive and lead sub teams to conduct sessions and identify innovation and continuous improvement and come up with tangible business results through individual performance, sharing best practices across teams & SSOs. Streamline activities by benchmarking.
> Accountable for people management duties ensuring activities and deliverables are met based on agreed measures
> Bachelor or master business administration, accounting, IT or equivalent education
> Minimum of 5 years operational or project experience, business function with IT understanding
> Process driven person, knowledge MS Office (incl. Visio), BPMN, MYDOC (or other related documentation management tools)
> Can put complex business requirements into a harmonized picture
> IT affinity for tools in areas like Process & Data Mining
> Appreciated understanding of GxP environment
> Strong ability to promote collaboration and trust across the whole organization
> Structured, analytical mindset, good communication skills
> Fluent in English, additional languages desirable
> Strong ability to engage in an eye-level conversation
> Leadership and coordination capabilities, organized and structured.
